Contact your local Home Base administrator first for any issues.

For additional technical assistance administrators may submit a ticket through the NCID Remedy Portal or call: 919-807-4357.

 

Maintenance

During regularly scheduled Home Base maintenance weekends, the system shuts down Friday evenings at 5 p.m. Home Base returns to service no later than 6 a.m., the Monday mornings following the maintenance weekends.  Any delays in bringing up the system are communicated via NC SIS email and the new Home Base Twitter.  For a view of regularly scheduled maintenance periods, link to our Home Base Maintenance schedule.
